Simply Divine! Real flavour, doesn’t shrink or curl during cooking, has been mild cured for 2 weeks to slowly develop great flavour and texture. It is suitable for roasting, boiling or home freezing. Our Puddledub Gammons are smoked on-site using oak and beechwood chippings, with no artificial flavouring added. Check out our recipe.
All of our
specially selected pork comes from animals which are born, reared and processed in Scotland. Scotch Quality Assured meat also means that the animals the meat has come from have been raised to the highest welfare standards. The Scottish SPCA also independently inspects farms to ensure these standards are being maintained.

All raw meat should be stored in a sealed package at the bottom of the fridge.
Ensure your fridge is set between 0-5 degrees celsius.
Suitable for home-freezing.
Pan-fry for 5 minutes on each side until the steak has a nice colour on both sides.
