Outdoor Bred Pork

Our fresh, outdoor bred pork is the outstanding result of generations of farming experience, produced to the highest welfare standards to ensure happy pigs. The pigs are allowed to mature slowly to develop a full and distinct flavour. Each cut of pork is hand trimmed by our team of expert butchers to ensure our customers receive the most delicious meat. All of our pork is specially selected assured & outdoor bred, sourced from local Scottish family farms.
