Hand Cured Gammons

We pride ourselves on the flavour and texture of our award-winning Puddledub hand cured gammons. Mild-cured using traditional methods and smoked using our in-house smoker so the flavour is able to develop gradually resulting in delicious gammons. We do not soak our gammons in brine – they are not wet cured & so they cook beautifully without shrinking.
