Our tasty Puddledub Scotch lamb is locally sourced from one of our approved suppliers, ensuring great time and care has been given to the animal’s welfare. The meat is matured for a minimum of 14 days to produce rich flavour and texture.

All our lamb is Scotch Assured which means that every animal has been born, raised, and processed in Scotland, and has met strict guidelines for quality assurance, animal welfare, and food safety.

Add rosemary and seasoning to the lamb, and roast on a high heat for 20 minutes. Then reduce to a medium heat an cook for 20 minutes per 500g. Rest before carving.

All raw meat should be stored in a sealed package at the bottom of the fridge.
Ensure your fridge is set between 0-5 degrees celsius.
Suitable for home-freezing.
