2021 Free From Food Awards Silver Medal Winner! Our award-winning, made-without gluten*, Honey and Mustard Pork Sausages are made with Scottish Honey and English Mustard: a firm favourite with all of the family. They produce a great honey glaze when cooked that just melts in the mouth!

Ingredients include honey, mustard, salt, pepper and lean shoulder pork. We use only the best seasonings and natural casings when making our sausages.

*While this product is made without gluten-containing ingredients, it is made in a facility which handles gluten.

All of our specially selected pork comes from animals which are born, reared and processed in Scotland. Scotch Quality Assured meat also means that the animals the meat has come from have been raised to the highest welfare standards. The Scottish SPCA also independently inspects farms to ensure these standards are being maintained.

All raw meat should be stored in a sealed package at the bottom of the fridge.
Ensure your fridge is set between 0-5 degrees celsius.
Suitable for home-freezing.

Remove all packaging. To fry: Place in a frying pan on a medium heat with a small amount of oil: Cook for 20-25 minutes, turn frequently to get each side golden brown. To grill: Preheat grill to a medium heat, Cook for 17-20 minutes, turn frequently to get each side golden brown.
