Description

Our grass-fed rolled rib roast is cut from the fore rib. It is boned and rolled resulting in a tasty joint, it has marbling throughout and a strong, rich flavour.

Our grass-fed Scotch beef is locally sourced, their cattle are raised under the Farm Assured Scotch Beef scheme ensuring great time and care has been given to their welfare. The meat is matured for 35 days to ensure great flavour and texture.

All raw meat should be stored in a sealed package at the bottom of the fridge.
Ensure your fridge is set between 0-5 degrees celsius.
Suitable for home-freezing.

Cook on a medium heat for 20-25 minutes per 500g dependant on how rare to well-done you like it. Use the juice to create a really flavourful gravy.
