Smoked Roast Ham – Bone-In



Our half ham has the bone left in and has been mild cured and gently smoked to give it a delicious taste. This roast ham weighs –

Half Ham Guide Weight: 3kgs
Whole Ham Guide Weight: 7kgs

All our hams are mild cured for 2 weeks to develop flavour and texture.  Our natural smoking process uses oak and beech wood for a beautiful aroma and flavour to your ham.

Our glaze  is made from honey, mustard and cider and adds colour, flavour and texture to your baked ham.

Our delicious hams should be stored in a sealed package at the top of the fridge.
Ensure your fridge is set between 0-5 degrees celsius.

Our hams are freshly made and ready to eat!
