When you place your order
When you place your order you will receive a confirmation email from Puddledub for your order. If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please contact us so we can check that we have received your order.
We have a minimum order value of £50 for our online shop.
If there is an issue with your order, we will contact you by phone or email to discuss potential substitutions.
All our Puddledub products are supplied fresh and are suitable for home freezing. Our products are handmade fresh to order in small batches, which is why we currently provide an estimated maximum delivery date. We will try to prepare, pack and deliver your order as soon as possible.
What about home delivery if you are at work?
We will leave your order on your doorstep. If you would like it left elsewhere, you must give us instructions where to leave the box in the ‘Delivery Instructions’ comments box on our check out page. Put your order in the fridge as soon as you can after delivery.
If our couriers can’t deliver your box or leave it somewhere safe, your box may end up back at the courier depot or returned to us.
