Our extra lean pork sausages are 3.7% fat raw, so will be even lower when cooked. We’ve taken our leanest cuts and trimmed all visible fat to get these sausages’ fat content as low as we can.

All the pork used in our sausages comes from our homegrown Puddledub pigs. We believe happy, healthy pigs produce the tastiest, most succulent pork and bacon. This means our animals’ health and welfare are of utmost importance to us. All our pigs are bred and reared on our family farm in Auchtertool, fed on home grown cereals and bedded on straw from our fields.
