An easy and delicious way to celebrate Burns Night, our award winning Burns sausage is only available for a couple of weeks each year.
These sausages are made using natural casing, and they are traditionally hand-linked.

Our Rabbie Burns sausages are a mix of Pork, Haggis and a touch of seasoning.
All raw meat should be stored in a sealed package at the bottom of the fridge.
Ensure your fridge is set between 0-5 degrees celsius.
Suitable for home-freezing.
Remove all packaging. To fry: Place in a frying pan on a medium heat with a small amount of oil: Cook for 20-25 minutes, turn frequently to get each side golden brown. To grill: Preheat grill to a medium heat, Cook for 17-20 minutes, turn frequently to get each side golden brown.
