This is made to a Jane Grigson French Charcuterie recipe and contains lots of goodies. Smoked cured pork with fresh sweet peppers and hot red chillies, combined with garlic from the Really Garlicky Company in the Black Isle (yeah! Scottish Garlic! cayenne, 5 spice and a good bottle of red wine in every batch.
Please note, we use fresh red chilis in this Chorizo, the heat can vary slightly from pack to pack.
