Ever sat in a restaurant deliberating whether it’s the ribeye or the sirloin that’s your favourite? Have you splashed out on steaks from your local butcher but wondered if your home cooking is doing them justice?
Well now is your chance to try all your favourite steak cuts in one evening and learn how to cook your steak, just how you like it, every time.
During this 2 hour tasting evening, we will have lots of Puddledub steak cuts at the ready and local Fife Food Ambassador, Christopher Trotter to cook them for you.
Christopher is going to talk us through how he cooks a steak, the things to look for or ask for when you are at the butcher and top tips to get great flavour and texture from your steak, every time.
This is a standing event (with seating!) but you'll get the chance to move around and taste the different cuts, ask questions and also sample the cheese and wine on offer.
